5. Shipping Policy
Ordered products are delivered by courier within 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Jewellery is packaged to prevent damage, and shipping costs 20 RON.
6. Warranty Policy
Jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty for individuals and a 1-year warranty for companies. Included services:
- Replacement of fallen stones, if the defect was not caused by the buyer.
- Setting inspection and professional cleaning.
- Free shipping for the return of repaired jewellery.
Exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, accidents or negligence.
Steps to claim the warranty:
- Check the Warranty Certificate.
- Contact the support team.
- Send the jewellery and the certificate to the address provided.
7. Return Policy
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days, without justification, if they are in their original condition, with all accessories and documents.
Return steps:
- Contact customer support.
- Pack the product properly.
- Ship it by courier.
Refunds are made within 14 days, excluding shipping costs.
8. Privacy Policy
MBA JEWELLERY S.R.L. processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, using it exclusively for legitimate purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties without the user's consent.
