Warranty Policy
Jewellery purchased from us comes with a 2-year warranty for individuals and a 1-year warranty for companies, starting from the date of purchase.
Our warranty policy includes:
- Repair or replacement of fallen stones: If stones come loose or fall out, the seller will replace them free of charge within 15 days, provided the defect is not attributable to the buyer.
- Checking and tightening of stone settings.
- Professional cleaning.
- Free shipping for the return of repaired jewellery.
Warranty exclusions:
- Damage caused to the jewellery by failure to follow the instructions in the Warranty Certificate.
- Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, improper use or other factors unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.
Steps to claim the warranty:
- Check the Warranty Certificate to make sure all instructions have been followed.
- Contact our customer support team at contact@mbajewelry.ro to start the stone replacement process.
- Send the jewellery together with the warranty certificate and a description of the problem to the address provided by our support team.
- Our team of experts will assess the jewellery and, if the defect is covered by the warranty, we will replace the stones and return the piece within 15 days.
