In accordance with applicable law and to ensure our customers' satisfaction, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of delivery, without having to justify your decision. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage, and in its original packaging, with all related accessories and documents (warranty certificate, invoice).

- Contact our customer support team at contact@mbajewelry.ro to let us know you intend to return the product and to receive detailed instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport.
- Ship the product using an express door-to-door courier service.
Refund of the amount paid: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
